Artifact: Mrs. Bork’s Blackboard Page-Penguins Project Link

*When accessing the link, select Penguin Project from the menu on the left*

Rating: Advanced

Description: Blackboard Sharing of Penguins Book and Nearpod Lessons via the class website was done to allow students to share their hard work with their families in the media format of their choosing. This activity was completed as part of the course GILT 515-Instructional Technology Practicum, supervised by Dr. David Carbonara and mentor teacher Mrs. Kristine Bork.

Reflection: My advanced rating in this area reflects the ability to share out digital class work to parents in an effective manner. I uploaded all project tools to my mentor teacher’s (Kristine Bork) class Blackboard page. I uploaded the final project in a variety of formats including iBooks (ePub file), PDF, iMovie, and Window Media Format so that all of the families could see our final project on the device or print out of their choosing.
