V.D. Statutory and Regulatory Compliance

  1. Participates in site-based federal, state and local legislation, regulations, mandates, policies, and procedures that impact school district operations at macro and micro levels.
  1. Performs in the specific roles and responsibilities for adherence/compliance with federal, state and local legislation, regulations, mandates, policies and procedures.
  1. Assists with the completion of all compliance documentation.
  1. Participates in the school district dissemination of information on regulatory changes to appropriate stakeholders.
  1. Identifies example(s) of compliance problems and designs alternative actions to resolve targeted compliance issues.
  1. Develops and presents plans on the allocation of resources needed to maintain and/or improve compliance.

Artifact: Supervisor Evaluation of PDE Competencies

Rating: Proficient

Description: In this artifact, I asked my field supervisor, Dr. Bryan O’Black, to evaluate my performance on the standards of professionalism. As these standards are hard to provide an artifact for, I felt that his evaluation of my performance in these areas was necessary to provide evidence of my accomplishments of these standards.

Reflection: I rated myself as proficient in this standard as I was able to meet all district requirements and guidelines for participation as an educator in the setting. This rating is supported by the field supervisors evaluation.
